I launched a responsive website to boost engagement, enhanced the SaaS exam platform with streamlined UI and onboarding flows, and optimized the admin dashboard for better usability. My work directly supported increased e-commerce conversions, improved product adoption, and unified the brand through comprehensive design libraries and style guides.

AcaDental faced challenges with low user engagement, inconsistent user experience across its digital platforms, and limited adoption of its exam software. The existing website lacked responsiveness, and the admin dashboard was not optimized for ease of use—leading to friction in onboarding and e-commerce performance. My role was to address these usability issues and elevate the digital experience to better serve B2B, B2C, and enterprise users.

Built a Dynamic Presentation App with Real-Time Sync and Scheduling
ID Lecture is a desktop application that enables professors to create interactive presentations, combining the flexibility of a notebook with the structure of PowerPoint. Unlike traditional tools, it updates and syncs in real time, allowing instructors to make live edits. Professors can also schedule study guides for students to access in advance.
Professors can launch quizzes in real time to assess student understanding, while students can conveniently access the app on iPads for a seamless learning experience.
