Project Overview

  • Fike, a global safety solutions company serving industries from oil refineries to pharmaceutical manufacturers, needed to elevate brand awareness and better communicate its complex product offerings to a diverse, global audience.

  • Improve product visibility, strengthen brand consistency, and support internal and external stakeholders through compelling visual communication and scalable knowledge tools.

    • ​​​​​​​Led cross-functional design initiatives in collaboration with PMs, marketing, engineers, and 3D designers.

    • Conducted a 2-week research and design sprint using Tableau data to identify user engagement gaps on the B2B site.

    • Delivered a full suite of marketing materials—including 3D visuals, storyboards, and video content—to explain complex safety products.

    • Developed internal knowledge resources for conferences, including white papers, newsletters, and visual design libraries, to unify messaging and improve team readiness.

Opportunities

This was a key opportunity to align with multiple verticals and uncover future growth areas to expand the business and to identify how the product can support the unique needs of each vertical.

Translated all illustrations into a web experience, researching the most compelling ways to present and deliver information effectively.

Design Process

I translated technical product details into compelling visual assets—3D graphics, storyboards, and videos—while ensuring brand consistency. The process emphasized cross-functional input, iterative feedback, and a clear narrative to drive both customer engagement and internal alignment.

The Final Design

  • High level vertical navigation

    Designed the Industries menu as a high-level gateway, giving users a clear, at-a-glance path to the products that best fit their specific needs.

  • Vertical page

    Created Vertical pages to showcase where products provide value across industries—offering a clear high-level overview with the option to dive deeper into each specialized area.

  • Vertical page 2

    Developed a new suite of 3D assets to visually support all verticals, making complex solutions more accessible and tailored to each industry's needs.

  • Vertical page 3

    Each vertical page is divided into 3–5 key areas where products provide support. Within each section, users can explore commonly used equipment and discover tailored solutions for that industry.

    By using illustrations to guide users through their needs, we helped answer the key question: how can Fike support their business?
